According to Bartow County Sheriff Clark Millsap, on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, Bartow County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigators (who are members of the GBI Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force) and Homeland Security Agents executed a search warrant at a residence in Adairsville after both agencies received several leads of possession/distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
After a thorough investigation, David Lee “Brian” Phillips, age 29, of Adairsville GA, was arrested and charged with multiple Felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children.
Phillips is currently being held in the Bartow County Adult Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
