Rhonda Renee Shaw, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after an altercation on Kingston Avenue resulted in her allegedly beating up a man.
Reports said that Shaw caused “visible bodily harm” after punching him in the face, which caused his left eye to swell shut.
Reports added that she also threatened to “whoop her ass”, in reference to a female victim.
Shaw is charged with battery and terroristic threats and acts.
