Luis Angel Fernandez, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after a fight in the parking lot of Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports stated that when officers arrived they search Fernandez and found him in possession of drugs..
Fernandez is also accused of damaging the rear right window of a patrol vehicle following his arrest.
After arriving at the jail, officers found marijuana and ecstasy in his possession.
Fernandez is charged with felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, interference with government property and crossing guard line with drugs, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and fighting.
