Fredrick Carnell Long, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order and went to meet another person at the Royal Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports stated that when police arrived to the scene Long refused to open the front door of the room.
Long is charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction.
