Jermaine Antonio Nelson, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was allegedly found sleeping in the closet of a home he had been banned from entering.
Reports added that Nelson also lied to police about the whereabouts of the person he was stalking.
He had a TPO placed against him by the victim this past March that lasted for 4 years.
Nelson is charged with the false report of a crime, criminal trespass, aggravated stalking and probation violation.
