Kenneth Eugene Ballard, 42, and Celisa Katherine Ballard, 39, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they attacked another couple at a home on Elliot Drive.
Reports stated that Mr. Ballard picked up another man and slammed him down on the floor.
Mrs. Ballard allegedly grabbed another woman by the arm and pulled her in a forceful manner while she was holding a 6 month-old baby.
Both are charged with battery and third degree cruelty to children.
