Michael Reece Ellis, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed someone’s car window with a tire iron.
Reports added that when police arrived Ellis refused to cooperate and pulled away while being handcuffed.
Ellis is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction.
