Michael Jesus Garcia, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a hand full of gravel at a woman during a dispute on Payne Road.
Reports added that after being asked to leave the home Garcia forced his way inside.
Garcia is charged with criminal trespass and simple assault.
