Tory Kyle Fowler, 29 of Rome, was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in which he allegedly failed to maintain his lane and had no backlights.
Police said that they located marijuana, a grinder and a glass smoking device containing suspected meth in the center console of the vehicle.
Fowler is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, failure to maintain lane and standards for brake lights and signal devices.
