Michael David McCollum, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he “seriously disfigured” another man during an altercation at the intersection of Broad Street and East 4th Avenue.
Reports said that McCollum used a knife to attack the male victim just after midnight Saturday.
McCollum is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.
