Tobias Steven fuller, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after 5 years of investigations into a bomb like device being left at the home of a 69 year-old man.
Reports said that they matched fingerprints left on a glass bottle with a gasoline soaked rag struck in the top that was left at the home of the victim. Reports added that the rag showed signs of being burnt.
The case had been left inactive until fingerprints recently were matched to Fuller.
Fuller is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
