Reno Mark Vick, 47 of Euharlee, was arrested at the Sunrise Inn and Suites on Martha Berry Blvd in Rome this week after reports said he was found standing naked outside his room.
Reports added that he was found near a window he broke at the hotel.
Vick is charged with public indecency and criminal damage to property.
