Lee Dontavious Peters, 38 of Atlanta, was arrested outside the Brewhouse in Rome after he was allegedly found with performing a lewd sex act with himself in public.
Reports added that children were witness to the incident.
The act occurred just after 6 pm Saturday evening.
Peters is charged with public indecency.
