April Lynn Allen, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her in possession of drugs during a traffic stop on Lombardy Way.
Reports stated that officers were investigating a hit and run when they stopped Allen. In the process, they allegedly located marijuana and Xanax.
Allen is charged with possession of marijuana and a schedule IV controlled substance.
