Jacob Baxter Williams, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a Nintendo Switch and Pokemon game before selling it to a pawn shop.
Reports said that the theft occurred last December at a home on Eastdell Road.
Williams is charged with theft by taking and probation violation.
