Jonathan Zachary Jr, 35 of Rome, was arrested at Redmond Regional Medical Center this week after reports said he was found with a baggie of suspected marijuana.
Reports added that the drugs were visible and the officer asked for consent to search.
Zachary is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
