Alex Lamar Poole, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found inside a carport, that was not his, on Old Calhoun Road,
Reports said that the homeowner called police and when they arrived they discovered that Poole was intoxicated.
Poole is charged with public drunk, prowling and probation violation.
