Kevin Eugene Milam, 42 of Rome, was arrested after he was allegedly captured on camera burglarizing a home on Park Road.
Reports said that Milam stole at least 5 bottles of liquor, valued at $125, and a game console, valued at $50.
Milam is charged with first degree burglary.
