Jeremiah James Dean, 28 of Rome, was arrested after police said he entered another’s property on Todd Street and stole a 4-wheeler and a chainsaw.
Reports added that the theft occurred back on September 3 of last year.
Dean is charged with degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
