Bobby Joel Hosey, 64 of Ellijay, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he discharged a firearm, striking a man in the neck, while sitting in a car at Kroger on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports stated that the incident occurred back on February 13th at 9:32 in the morning.
Hosey is charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct.
