Hunter Lee Chapman, 17 of Adairsville, was arrested at the Floyd County Jail this week after he allegedly cursed loudly in the parking lot and the proceeded to flip an officer the bird finger.
Reports added that Chapman then resisted being cuffed and continued to resist officers leading him inside the jail.
Chapman is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
