Felix Barron Martinez, 38 of Lindale, was arrested this week after he allegedly pulled a gun on a 40 year-old man at Walmart in East Rome,
Reports said that Martinez, after pointing the gun at the victim, threatened to shoot him.
Martinez is charged with aggravated assault.
