Trevor Austin McNeil, 22 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a Xbox 360 and then proceeded to sell it to a pawn shop for $90 cash.
The theft occurred back on January 5th at a home on Padlock Mountain Road in Cave Spring.
McNeils is charged with first degree burglary, theft by deception and theft by taking.
