Joshua Matthew Bryan, 30 of Acworth, was jailed in Rome this week after he allegedly was found with a large amount of marijuana while he was an inmate at the Floyd County Prison.
Reports said that Bryan had a total of 9.2 grams of marijuana balls in his possession.
Bryan is charged with items prohibited by an inmate and distribution of marijuana.
