Jamie Lee Shirey, 45 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he borrowed someone’s four-wheeler and then proceeded to pawn it without permission of its owner.
Authorities added that Shirey failed to make payments on the four-wheeler and as a result it was sold to someone due to the default of payments.
Shirey is charged with felony theft by conversion.
