Ronald Keith Clark Jr, 44 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he allegedly sold a 2007 GMC truck to someone without telling them that the truck had a lien on it thought TitleMax.
Reports added that Clark failed to tell the person buying the truck that a lien was on it.
Clark is charged with felony theft by deception and removing or destroying property subject to security interest.
