Audrey Denise Ferguson, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she broke out a kitchen window at a home on Blacks Bluff Road.
Reports added that Ferguson proceeded to steal a car tag off of the victim’s vehicle.
Ferguson is charged with theft by taking and criminal damage to property.
