Tristen Cole White, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly beat up an 11 year-old child at Fairview Baptist Church.
Reports said that the White used his class ring to hit the child in the head. The victim suffered a concussion and had to get stitches.
White is charged with cruelty to children.
