Terrence Jerome Johnson Jr, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he got a woman’s car keys and proceeded to place them inside a dryer vent.
While at the jail, Johnson was heard saying, “I’m getting them like they got me. All of them!”
The incident occurred at a location on Pennington Avenue.
Johnson is charged with theft by taking and terroristic threats and acts.
