Scotty Dewayne Phillips, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Burnett Ferry Road.
Authorities said that he was captured on a home camera entering the home. He was captured less than four hours after the burglary.
Phillips is charged with first degree burglary and probation violation.
