The Cartersville Police Department arrested Kenneth Freshour of Cartersville for his involvement in spray painting graffiti on multiple government and privately owned properties in Cartersville.
Freshour was charged with 4 counts of Interference with Government Property, 8 counts of Criminal Damage to Property, and 12 counts of Tools for the Commission of a Crime.
