Juan Francisco Garcia, 18 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he posted a partially nude photograph of a woman on Snapchat without her consent.
Reports added that the victim lost her job as the result of the photograph being published.
Garcia is charged with prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmissions.
