Tyler Earl Huskins, 26 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he allegedly punched a wall during an altercation with a 26 year old man.
Reports went on to say that Huskins proceeded to throw oatmeal at the man.
Huskins is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
