Mary Alice Cargle, 74 of Rome, was arrested on Christmas after she allegedly caused physical and visible bodily harm to another woman.
Reports said that the victim suffered scratches and marks to her face, neck and chest.
The incident occurred at a home on Huffaker Road.
Cargle is charged with battery.
