Sharleigh Ellena Watkins, 29 of Rome, was arrested at Mount Berry Mall after reports said she stole a $30 sweater from Buckle.
Reports said that Watkins placed the sweater in her purse and then exited the store without paying.
Watkins is charged with theft by shoplifting.
