Valencia Ardra Nicole McConnell, 29 of Rome, was arrested near CiCis Pizza on Redmond Circle after reports said she was found to be in possession of numerous bags of marijuana, three Ecstasy pills, four Xanax pills and a Oxycodone pill.
McConnell is charged with two counts possession or distribution of marijuana, three counts of possession of a schedule I, II or IV controlled substance.
