Derrick McKinnley Brown Jr, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he discharged a BB gun while in a moving vehcile toward a home on Dugger Drive.
Reports said that the bullets did under $500 in damage to property.
Brown is charged with reckless conduct, criminal trespass and driving on a suspended license.
