David Wayne Edwards, 52 of Rome, was arrested at the Long John Silvers this week after he was found stealing lights off of the building.
Reports added that while taking Edwards into custody he was found in possession of a meth pipe.
Edwards is charged with theft by taking, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
