Kenneth Dominque Bush, 26 of Rome, was arrested at a location on Old Summerville Road after police said he lied to them.
Reports said that while being questioned Bush gave officers a fake name and date of birth before attempting to flee the scene on foot. Officers added that Bush proceeded to ignore numerous commands to stop.
Bush is charged with giving false information to police and obstruction.
