Randy Sylvester Siniard, 40 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a car and stole over $1500 in tools, as well as a trailer valued at close to $1500.
The theft allegedly occurred on Linden Street.
Siniard is charged with felony theft by taking, criminal trespass, entering an automobile with intent to commit felony and probation violation.
