Greondria Rockwell Whitfield, 20 of Rome, was arrested after reports said she pushed a telephone into the face of a 20 year-old woman, which resulted in her falling into a bathtub.
Reports stated that the incident occurred at an apartment on Park Road.
Whitfield is charged with simple battery.
