Luke Charles Roberts, 30 of Rome, was arrested at a home in Lindale after he allegedly threatened to kill a 59 year-old woman and then kill himself.
Reports added that Roberts went on to destroy numerous items inside the home.
Roberts is charged with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
