Carl Earl James, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened a 25 year-old man at a location on Bentley Lane.
Reports stated that James stood with his fists balled while holding a key between his fingers. Reports added that James then proceeded to shove the victim.
James is charged with simple assault, simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.
