Timothy Duane Willis, 50, and Tammy Rena Cronan, 45, both of Rome, were arrested at the West Rome Walmart after reports said they committed a theft.
Reports said that the couple stole a comfort set and boxers and then attempted to return the stolen items at customer service.
Both are charged with theft by deception.
