Jamie Wayne Wade, 46 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he doused a woman with beer in an aggressive manner after she asked him to stop texting her.
Reports added that Wade continued to text and call the woman.
Wade is charged with simple assault and harassing communications.
