Damion Malik Frazier, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked a woman in the face causing her to fall out of her chair.
Reports said that the incident occurred at a home on Maple Avenue back in May.
Officers added that while serving the warrant Frazier attempted to run and flee from them.
Frazier is charged with battery, obstruction and three counts failure to appear
