Joseph Wayne Moss, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole numerous items from a home that he was being evicted from.
The address to the home is listed as 371 Flat Rock Road.
Police added that the total value of items was listed at just under $1,500.
Moss is charged with theft by taking.
