A Rome man, James Mitchell Couzzourt, 49, who was being taken into custody on a contempt order was allegedly found with a counterfeit $100 bill and suspected methamphetamine.
Couzzourt was at his home on Hennon Drive when he was arrested.
Couzzourt is charged with 2nd degree forgery, possession of meth and contempt.
