Timothy Phillip Gresham, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week at the Brewhouse on Broad Street after he became extremely intoxicated and began to yell racial slurs at others.
Police added that Gresham was unsteady on his feet and smelled of alcohol. .
Reports added that a juvenile witnessed the incident.
Gresham is charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk.
