Martin Jesus Barrera, 19 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after he allegedly allowed a 16 year-old to get intoxicated on alcohol and drive away his vehicle.
Reports went on to state that the 16 year-old proceeded to get in a motor vehicle accident.
Barrera is charged with furnishing and possession of alcohol by an underage person.
